Portland, OR-based electro-indie pop duo Baby Monster were formed in the late 2000s around the talents of Danny Sternbaum and Marty Larson. The band's penchant for hook-filled anthemic dancefloor jams has drawn comparisons to contemporaries like MGMT and Passion Pit. Baby Monster released their debut single, “Ultra Violence and Beethoven,” on 50 Bones Records in 2009, followed by the 7 inch “She Comes Alive” and “Sudden Symphony” on Big Stereo in 2010.
