There are more than one act known as The Hormones: 1. The Hormones were a glam-punk band from Austin, TX led by musician/journalist Tim "Napalm" Stegall and also featuring Ron Williams (Jesus Christ Superfly) on bass. They released three singles between 1993 and 1998 before splitting. Stegall is planning to form a new version of The Hormones in Denver, Colorado. 2. The Hormones are a primarily punk based band reigning out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
