1) Kobe is the pseudonym of French electronic composer Sébastien Roué, who released a well-received album back in 2003, "Made of water", on the Diesel Combustible label. Sébastien is also a member of band Osaka, together with Yannick Martin. 2) KOBE's Economy of Movement is an instrumental percussion-based experimental album inspired by Japanese Taiko/Kodo drumming and Western industrial music.
