キセル (ki-se-ru) comprises two brothers from Kyoto, Japan, and are known to many of their Anglophone fans as "Kicell". Beginning their venture as キセル in 1999, the two brothers have created a very interesting style. Their website explains their music as a combination of a loose folksy-vibe mixed with a floating-on-the-sea ambiance. キセル have produced eight singles, four full-length albums, and one "best of" collection.
