Coniferous Wall is an experimental project of the solo artist Wolfgang M. that veers towards film music. Wolfgang, who is also the initiator of ETHAND and morningdust and acts meanwhile mainly as singer at Coalescene, an electronic music project. In Autumn of 1999 the first recordings started to this - at that time unnamed - project. Just before completion the debut album "Veil of Smoke" (2000) the name Coniferous Wall was found.
