Kim Hamilton aka Gaza Kim was born in Jamaica, December 5, 1990. She graduated from Ascot High School in 2008. She is the latest member of the Portmore Empire in Jamaica, Managed by Vybz Kartel and productions done by Notnice. She started out by writing her own music. Kim at the time didn't think she'd get this far in the business. A teacher at the school notice her talent and had her do performances for the school. She started entering competitions after competitions without success. Competitions like Magnum Kings and Queens and Jamaica Rising Star.
