Lee Sunmi (선미), born May 2, 1992 in Iksan, North Jeolla, South Korea is a singer under JYP Entertainment. She is a former member of the girl group Wonder Girls that debuted in 2007, which she left at the end of February 2010. In 2013, she debuted as a solo artist with the digital single "24시간이 모자라". Sunmi postponed her career in 2010 to continue her education. Although JYP stated that Sunmi is welcome to continue her musical career with the Wonder Girls at any time, a return never came to fruition and she debuted as a solo artist in 2013, remaining with JYP.
