Malmö/Göteborg, Sweden (2009 - present) With analog synths, drum machines, drums, distorted electric guitars and understated vocals, Death in the Afternoon mixes rock and 80s influences, new wave and electro without regard. Death In The Afternoon (Dita) was formed as a duo in the south of Sweden in late 2009. The following year the band evolved into its current setting. During 2010 the band started to record new material, and the first self-titled EP was released in January 2011 with a full-length album to follow later the same year.
