There are at least 4 bands named V2: -A short-lived project by X JAPAN leader Yoshiki and the legendary Tetsuya Komuro (小室哲哉).
V2 only released one double a-side single called "Haitoku no Hitomi ~Eyes of Venus~" and one live tape in 1991. Later, in 2003 Yoshiki would join Tetsuya's group, globe, and release the single "seize the light". - A heavy metal band from Germany, formed in 1988. 2 albums (V2 in '88, Out To Launch in '90) and two singles, now disbanded
