Maria Ilieva (Мария Илиева) was born on 1 December in Veliko Tarnovo. She is recognized as the most successful female vocal artist of the contemporary Bulgarian music scene.
She has had two successful albums - "Лунен сън"/"Moon Dream" (2001) and "Идвам към теб"/"I Come to You" (2006) and over 10 top hits, including "Лунен сън"/"Moon Dream", "Нищо"/"Nothing", All right (duet with TE), "What Does It Take?", "Stereo Room", "Крадена любов"/"Born for Love" and "Чуваш ли ме?"/"Do You Hear Me?" (duets with Graffa), etc.
