Lea Anna was first exposed to music whilst accompanying her mother (Debbie Gordon) to studio sessions and this gave her the belief that she was indeed born to sing. Her mother, is a great influence in her career. She also finds musical influence in artists such as Jill Scott, Patra, Junior Gong, and many others. She enrolled in extra curricular activites in high school such as piano lessons and choir and everyone soon realised that Lea-anna became the star of every concert and recital.
