La La & the Boo Ya are a sibling duo from the UK. Whilst their tunes are very much on an electronic tip, their continual genre hopping means they have yet to be put into an easily identifiable box. Tom Robinson of BBC6 Music is a fan, describing them as "political pop" and is "loving the rough electro sound". With some tracks signed to leftfield digital label, midnightminustwo (mmii), they are soon to be releasing their first single.
