Shining Bird have been described musically as creating a sort of widescreen "Valium Pop', Often evoking a sense of being forever stuck in the credits of an 80s teen movie.
From their solar powered studio on the NSW south coast Shining Bird work together on a number of projects. Their debut EP titled "Shade Of The Sea" was released in January 2012.
