Vincy Wing-yee Chan (Chinese:泳兒; pinyin: Ròng, ér), born Jia-xin Chan (Chinese:陳家欣) on October 16, 1982 is a female cantopop singer from Hong Kong. She is signed under the Emperor Entertainment Group label, having debuted with the album '感應' on July 27, 2006. Chan was amongst the top 24 contestants in Project Superstar, a Singaporean singing competition held in June 2005. She was also runner-up and won the award "Most Popular Image" in Emperor Entertainment Group's New Talent Singing Awards in 2005.
