Highlighting the main character's love of music, actress Melissa Joan Hart recorded a 7-track album, in character, titled This Is What Na-Na Means. It was released in 1994 and credited to Clarissa and the Straightjackets. The album features Clarissa's interpretation of and includes a version of the show's theme song.
