Hoshina Anniversary (real name unknown) is a Japanese DJ and club/electro artist based in Tokyo, Japan. He debuted in 2010 with the track, "Dangerous", and is signed to TCY Recordings, an indie label founded by ☆Taku Takahashi of m-flo. He perhaps best known to Western listeners as a contributor to the original soundtrack of the anime, "Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt", to which he created the theme song, among others. He has remixed Lady Gaga, The Bloody Beetroots, and Mr. Oizo.
