Heavily influenced by the sound, fury and Dada-inspired artistic sensibilities and cut-up techniques of electronica pioneers such as Cabaret Voltaire, Tackhead and Meat Beat Manifesto, 3kStatic is an electronica collective founded in 1999. Recording for the dPulse Recordings, Cargo Records Germany and INgrooves labels, 3kStatic releases are distributed by ONE Digital, Universal Music Distribution Digital, Zebralution and Sony BMG Music Germany. Additional 2008 3kStatic releases have also been issued on the Nightshade Music, Televisionary and Sick Watona labels.
