ScubaDevils was a one-off collective formed by Pete Latham (Dub Federation) and David Holmes. They produced one track called Celestial Symphony, written by them and Andy E. Pete Latham produced the remix, which was subsequently released by NovaMute. You can hear the Angel Delight mix (Pete's Dub Fed version) under the Dub Federation titles on Live.FM.
