Popa Wu is the Wu-Tang Clan's mentor, mediator and father figure and is also an expert on the philosophy of the Five Percent Nation - his preaches and teachings on the "Nations of the Gods and Earths" can be heard on various Wu-Tang Clan albums. He is said to be related to Ol' Dirty Bastard, 12 O'Clock, GZA/Genius and the RZA. His two sons are Shacronz and Freemurda who are both members of the C.C.F Division.
